TERMS AND CONDITIONS

COVID-19 

If the wedding is postponed or rescheduled the deposit/balance paid can be carried over to new date (dependant on availability). All payments towards the new date are non refundable should the new date be cancelled or postponed again. 

No refunds will be given for on the day cancellations based on health concerns.

 

Pati reserves the right to not work with members of the bridal party who show signs of illness/have travelled to affected areas or who have had contact with ill persons/persons who have travelled to affected areas (in last 14 days).

Client is responsible for bridal party taking reasonable care around hygiene practices on the wedding day.

Reduce Bridal parties must be informed 2 months prior the wedding day to be entitled to a refund, any changes after this will not be refunded.

Travel expenses 

The first 10 miles from BS3 2SG will not be subject to any charges. Mileage outside of this is charged at a rate of £0.45 per mile.

This is to include, should it be required, congestion charging and parking charges.

 

Cancellation Policy 

 

The client can cancel the event any time up to 3 months before the event by informing Pati in writing. 

Pati will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation as the booking fee and all deposits are non refundable.

 

Cancellations by Pati due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of their obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given -will result in a refund to the client, minus the initial deposit. Pati will try to find a suitable artist to replace her. No further compensation will be offered. 

 

The client can postpone the event and if Pati is available on the new date, no charges will be applied if changes are made  3 months prior the initial date booked. If postponed bookings are made to the next year, inflation charges will apply. In the case of postponing the wedding and Pati isn't available on the new wedding date, no compensation will be offer. 

Booking fee 

 

In order to secure your booking, I ask for a non-refundable £50 booking fee to be paid no later than 7 days after your initial enquiry and quotation, which can be paid in cash or bank transfer. If no payment is received within this 7 days, your date will be released and available for booking by other clients.

 Due high demand, weekend weddings require a minimum booking of the bride + 2 members of the bridal party, or payment of the equivalent. 

Consultation 

Trial consultation is available for services that do not include one. The additional trial makeup service is limited to 2.5 hours. Please get in touch at least 72 hours in advance to reschedule a trial should you not be able to attend.

Trial service must be paid 48 hours prior de appointment.

Payment 

Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer, cheques will not be accepted.

Final payment, including agreed fees in relation to additional party members, must be paid no less than 2 weeks before the wedding.

The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract.

 

Liability 

 

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.

 

Photography

 

The client agrees that Pati may use any photography for publicity purposes which include but are not limited to the makeup artist’s website and social media pages.

Please state if you would not like any photos taken/used for marketing.

Pati will never post a photo before the event has started to avoid spoiling any surprises for guests of the event.
